PARKING- Bands have the option of parking in the “Student Lot” on Parlier Ave or the smaller
“Staff Lot” located on Anchor Avenue. If space becomes crowded, bands may park on the
basketball courts behind the stadium, but keep in mind this is a silent zone. The “corner”
parking lot in the front of the school is reserved. You are also welcome to park on the street
next to the school or on the street next to the community center. The roads are not wide
enough to park on the same side as the orchards. The community center parking lot is
unavailable this year.
Check-In-
Check-in is located in Hospitality in the Choir Room which is located between the parking lot
and stadium.
Field Set Up- Field show competition enters and exits from the southern end zone (right-hand
side when looking from the home stands). You will be entering and exiting from the same
gate. You will also bring front ensemble equipment through the same gate. (It’s a big gate).
Please give way to the exiting bands. There will be an extension cord available in the pit area
at the 50-yard line. Please refrain from dragging equipment on the track and turf (wheels are
fine). My admin are quite protective over the all-weather track. No gum, seeds, food, or drinks
on the turf, nor are cars and trucks to be driven into the stadium (ATV’s, “mules,” golf carts,
etc., are allowed).
