Arrival/Check-In PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLIER THAN 2.5 hours before your performance.
If you arrive earlier, we may not have room for you in the Parking lot. We are sharing the campus with the League Cross Country Championships, so it impacts the bus parking.
Buses, trucks and trailers will park in the stadium parking lot off of Hawes St. The Director check-in table will be at the gate where the buses and trailers enter. Directors will receive a packet upon check-in with wristbands for student performers, as well as wristbands for chaperones. Performing groups are welcome to watch other ensembles in the stands.
General Admission $12, Students w/ID $10, Seniors/Military w/ID $8, Children 5 + under free.
