Buses will park in the main parking lot in front of the school, adjacent to the 6 warm-ups zones provided for each ensemble. Please see the image below (next page) for more information. We will work with your group to keep your entourage parked together, we do suggest less personal vehicles near your buses and equipment trucks. It is safer for personal vehicles and heavy equipment and props to be separated
Admission to our event is $15, and kids 5 and under are free. A variety of food and beverages will be on sale for students, chaperones, and band parents. This is a fundraiser event and we encourage all participants to support the Spirit of Great Oak by purchasing food at the concession stands in the stadium.
